LSU and tofu

LSU is going to kill me. We watched another stressful, heart stopping game Saturday. They didn't play well but they won anyway. Man, the score, I think, would have been much higher had LSU not made so many mistakes. They're number #2 again and got a shot. The three teams left to play should be won, but I'm wondering if I'll end up in the hospital by then. Can you imagine a championship game and LSU playing a crazy close game like they've been doing? Louisiana would go nuts.

Another good thing is that Abbeville rejected PETA's request to substitute tofu for the eggs in their giant omelette. Read this Daily Advertiser article. You can read more articles by going to google news and typing the keywords in. It had something to do with the "unethical" treatment of chickens. A giant omelette would be promoting this treatment. I think that's bull but that was the gist of PETA's argument. I wonder how PETA thinks about Mardi Gras in the country, and hunting, and cochon de laits, etc, etc. These people might mean well but no thank you, PETA.
