fare

I ate rice dressing for dinner and I found out the word for it is fare.  It sounds kinda like FAWR.  It's similar to jambalaya and saw Daigle has both words for dressing.  The only real difference I guess is fare has the liver in it.  I can't stand liver by itself but I love fare and boudin and they both have the liver taste.  Riz (rice) is a fun word to say.  You gotta roll the R pretty good and drag out the ee sound. Mouman makes jambalaya with both pork and beef while fare is mainly ground meat.  Not sure whether it's pork or beef.  But the main thing is liver or it's a tasteless fare.  One dish I'll probably see at Easter will be fare and panse bourree.  It might be a barbecue but fare will be included no matter what we eat.
