Louisiana French classes

PSA:

Thanks to our dedicated French Creole Mayor Jennifer Vidrine of Ville Platte, our citizens can look forward to a LOUISIANA FRENCH class at City Hall's conference room on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 11:00 am or upon some other mutually convenient time we can all agree upon!

I, John laFleur II, a Louisiana State certified French teacher and Louisiana French expert will be teaching a Wednesday evening class at Opelousas' Vieux Village school house from 5:00-7:00 weekly. ALL CLASSES ARE FREE TO THE ADULT PUBLIC. Notebooks, pencils and bi-lingual FR/ENG dictionaries are the only required purchase.
Mr. LaFleur will introduce each course with a concise cultural history of Louisiana and her diverse people and the three forms of French still spoken in Louisiana to provide our people with a needed foundation for an intelligent and fact-based understanding our heritage and culture.
Be proud of your Louisiana French Creole & Cajun heritage and languages!
